I purchased tickets online. Do I need to bring the printed tickets with me?

If you ordered tickets online, you do not need to bring them with you. We can check you in with the name you used to purchase the tickets.

I purchased tickets online but I am not longer able to attend. Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event was cancelled by the organizer. However, you may transfer your tickets to another party if you’d like!

A concert was cancelled that I purchased tickets for in advance. Are tickets refundable?

In the event a concert is cancelled, tickets will be refunded to you.

What payment options are available at the door?

We currently accept cash or checks made payable to Bainbridge Community Piano Association. We do not accept credit cards at the moment.

Is there reserved seating?

Seating is first-come, first-served, but don’t worry, there isn’t a bad seat in the house! We recommend arriving early if you are attending with a large group.
